The Ambassadors Club serves as a “booster club” for Rufty-Holmes Senior Center, providing opportunities for individuals to support the Center through volunteer service:

All interested adults are welcome to join us to quilt and share ideas.
This club meets on the 3rd Wednesday of January, March, May, September, and November. They meet at the Center at 10:30 am.
The objectives of the Salisbury-Rowan unit of Retired School Personnel are:
- To promote the social, economic, and professional status of retired school personnel.
- To support the North Carolina Association of Educators and its programs in efforts to advance the quality of education and to promote the welfare of its members.
- To work for state and federal legislation to improve retirement living for members of the unit.
- To motivate every member to find some avenue of serving others.
