Computer Lab

Rufty-Holmes Senior Center established a computer lab in the fall of 1996 with the support of the R-H Computer Club http://www.ruftyholmescomputerclub.org and donations of money and equipment from individuals, foundation, local government, and businesses.

The lab has six work stations with Pentium processors utilizing Windows XP, and all are connected to the internet. Each station has it's own DeskJet printer and one station is equipped with a scanner.

The Center offers classes to introduce and educate older adults to the world of computers from basic introductory classes to higher level applications such as Digital Photography.  Class offerings can be viewed by clicking here.

Older adults can use the lab when classes are not in session for practicing applications, learning special options, or accessing the Internet.
