Military Officers Association (MOAA)

This club meets the 2nd Mondays of months of January, March, May, July, September, and November. They meet at the Center at 12 noon. One Powerful Voice For men & woman who are serving, or have served, on active duty or in one of the national Guard or reserve components, as a commissioned or warrant officer, in one of the seven US uniformed services. BECOME A MEMBER TODAY! Make sure your rights are being protected. As a MOAA member, you’ll have access to unique personal assistance programs, money-saving products and services, plus a team of legislative professionals fighting for your rights. NARFE – National Active & Retired Federal Employees Chapter #720

This club meets the 3rd Mondays of each month at the Center at 1:00 pm. To support legislation beneficial to current and potential federal annuitants and to oppose legislation contrary to their interests. To promote the general welfare of current and potential federal annuitants by advising them with respect to their rights under retirement laws and regulations. To cooperate with other organizations and associations in furtherance of these general objectives.

Outdoor Adventure Club

This club meets the 4th Fridays of each month. They meet at the Center between 8:30-9:00am. Then they carpool to their chosen destination for the month. Hiking group that meets together for a picnic lunch and to make plans for the next hike. Your participation is at your own risk. We encourage you to stay hydrated and dress appropriately for the weather.

Rowan Doll Society

This club meets the 3rd Tuesdays of each month at the Center at 12 noon.

Salisbury-Rowan Retired School Personnel

This club meets the 3rd Wednesdays of the months of January, March, May, September, and November. They meet at the Center at 10:30am. The objectives of the Salisbury-Rowan unit of Retired School Personnel are: To promote the social, economic, and professional status of retired school personnel; To support the North Carolina Association of Educators and its programs in efforts to advance the quality of education and to promote the welfare of its members. To work for state and federal legislation to improve retirement living for members of the unit; and To motivate very member to find some avenue of serving others.

Seniors Morning Out

This club meets the 1st Thursdays each month at the Center at 10:00 am. Various speakers on topics of interest and importance to seniors. Light lunch following the program.  EVERYONE IS INVITED!

Seniors Without Partners

This club meets the 2nd Thursdays each month at the Center at 9:00 am. An organization for those who are widowed, separated, divorced, or single.

Starry Night Quilters

This club meets the 2nd Thursdays each month at the Center at 6:30 pm. Demonstrations ~ Workshops ~ Show & Tell ~ Fellowship All interested adults are welcome to join us to quilt and share ideas.
